The warranty is valid for 2 years and covers only manufacturing and technical defects. Breakage or damage resulting from an accident or improper use of Circée jewelry is not covered by the warranty. The invoice serves as a guarantee and is essential for obtaining a replacement or refund.
After 2 years from the date of purchase, Circée products are no longer guaranteed. Unfortunately, we cannot replace them or offer you a refund beyond this period.

What can I do if my Circée jewelry is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to any replacement or refund in the event of theft or loss of an item. We recommend adding comfort chains to your bracelets and taking out insurance for all your valuable jewelry. General wear and tear, tarnishing, or improper use are not covered by the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can my Circée jewel be repaired?
We do not currently have a repair workshop in France. If your Circée jewelry develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace it with an identical piece of jewelry upon return of the defective piece. If your jewelry is no longer available, you will be refunded its purchase price upon return of the defective piece. If it is not a manufacturing defect but damage resulting from an accident or improper use of Circée jewelry, we invite you to contact the jeweler/goldsmith of your choice so that they can determine the extent to which they can renovate/repair your jewelry. The repair costs will be at your expense.

However, to preserve their shine, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes or chemicals.

Water, humidity, heat, and perspiration cause metal to oxidize. Therefore, we recommend removing your jewelry in the bath, sauna, pool, sea, or during sports activities. Also avoid contact with makeup, creams, hairspray, perfume, and household cleaning products. These could cause your pieces to tarnish prematurely. A rule to follow: jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

Using a soft brush with a mixture of warm salt water and liquid soap (preferably pH neutral) remains one of the safest ways to clean most jewelry. If your piece is particularly dirty, let it soak for 10 minutes. Then rinse with clean water and gently wipe dry with a soft, clean cloth.
